  2. Drink Apple Juice
  3. Sleep well
  4. Don’t stress your brain
  5. Fast for a day
  6. Exercise your mind
  7. Meditate- it will relieve your mind from stress
  8. Eat light at night- “eat breakfast like a king, eat lunch like a prince and dinner like a college student running low on money.”
  9. Develop imagination
  10. Control anger- My dad says “it damages brain cells, and REALLY bad for memory.”

These are your tips to rain and keep your brain healthy.
